Then join us as: Line Foreman – Pharma Packaging Job Profile: As a Line foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating the personnel in your designated area and providing support for the efficient operation and organization of the packaging line, under the direct guidance of the shift leader. Your role will involve ensuring the availability of all necessary resources for the smooth packaging process, conducting control tests during the process, and adhering to relevant documentation. Coordinate personnel within the assigned area and provide support for the efficient operation and organization of the packaging line. Ensure the availability of all necessary resources for the smooth packaging process. Conduct control tests during the process and sample collection according to current documentation. Supervise personnel in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with production plans and occupational health and safety (OSH) regulations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any deviations. Monitor the proper functioning of equipment and report any technical malfunctions that may compromise production plans. Make proposals for process improvements. Ensure thorough training of subordinate personnel. Provide support for the efficient utilization of processes. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures. Accurately complete all documentation. Report any non-conformities occurring during the packaging process to superiors. Be accountable for any damages caused to the company due to imprudent management, abusive use, or negligence. Adhere to current OSH, environmental protection, and emergency procedures and participate in relevant training. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical packaging environment is preferred. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with GMP, OSH, and environmental protection regulations.
