Your Role

As Logistics Manager at the Slatina factory, you lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance, ensuring alignment between production, materials, and customer delivery. You act as a key escalation point and interface with the regional organization.

Lead production planning and optimize MRP strategies

Ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels

Manage intercompany supply flows across plants

Drive on-time delivery and service performance

Collaborate cross-functionally and support regional supply chain decisions

Lead and develop the local planning and logistics team

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Your Background

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar

10+ years in supply chain/planning roles within manufacturing

Strong expertise in MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management

Experience managing intercompany flows and multi-site environments

Proven leadership in planning/logistics teams

Advanced SAP knowledge and strong analytical skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
