Our team of ,+ innovators, across the globe, is differentiated by the imagination, knowledge and experience, across industries and technologies that we bring to every project we undertake.Visit to learn more.Role Specifications Account creation in Azure AD for Service accounts, user accounts, administrator accounts which are not synchronized from On prem ADGroup creation and management in Azure ADAddition / Deletion of M user licensesMonitoring and reporting license usageTroubleshooting issue related to LicenseAzure App Registration, configuration and troubleshooting.AAD PIM assignment, configuration and troubleshooting.Creating support cases with Microsoft for M related issuesCreation of policies where global administration access is required.OneDrive data restores Configuration of M services example configuration of SharePoint which require global admin accessPurview data requests AAD SSO requests Microsoft support case creation. Provide On-call support for P1& P2 issues during Outside Business HoursApply Knowledge of ITSM processes – Incident, Change, Problem Management, Release Management, Security Management, Service Continuity, Service Level Management in delivering Support & Maintenance Activities Work on Service improvements & Optimizations leading reduced operational efforts /Tickets What we expect from you Very good knowledge and a hands-on experience of 3-5 years in administration of O /M Service in large environmentsVery good understanding of Azure AD Technology and hands on experience of 3-5 years in Azure administration and operations including app registrationGood understanding of different services offered by M suite and M tenant administration best practices to keep disruption minimal/zero due to changes impacting over all serviceSolid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practicesExperience or knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Cloud PBX/PSTN, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, Azure Directory Federation Services, Multi-factor authenticationPowerShell scripting experience would be an advantage Knowledge in M license optionsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
