M365 Digital Coach - 8 months+ - Freelance - Brazil - Remote in Bucuresti

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a native/fluent Brazilian-Portuguese speaking Digital Coach to assist a Global Key Account client with the adoption of M. We are looking for passionate and proactive people who can add value to our client's organization.The M Digital Coach will be responsible for:Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees to help them become proficient with M applicationsProvide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees encountering issues with M applications.Work closely with M Adoption experts on the adoption of M tools within the organization.Participate actively in the Champions Network engagement and collaborate with the Adoption Specialist(s) on steering the community and be a Lead for Brazilian champions within the network.Facilitate better collaboration and communication among teams by demonstrating how to use M tools.Gather feedback from employees to identify areas where M can be optimized.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization is making the most of the M suite.The M Digital Coach should have the following skill set:Proficiency in M Applications: A deep understanding of Microsoft tools and services.Strong training and instructional design skills are crucial.Excellent communication skills are essential to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Customer focused and value driven mindset.Continuous learning capability.The ability to work with diverse groups of peopleStrong command of English and Brazilian Portugese is essential.Contract details:Start date: ASAP - FlexibleLenght of contract: 8 monthsType of contract: FreelanceLocation: Brazil - REMOTERate: Please let us know your hourly rate.Interested?If you, or somebody else you know is interested in the M Digital Coach position please apply directly with an updated CV to Francesco Leone.
