Maintenance planner in Sibiu

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 2 years plus experience of working in a high production environment, primarily in a process oriented or heavy plant industries. Have experience working with a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. IT literate, notably excel, word etc Possess a relevant engineering (mechanical or electrical) qualification, or hold a full technical apprenticeship. Have sound knowledge and experience of computer controlled machines, PLC's (preferably Siemens S7), hydraulics, pneumatics and ideally robotics. Experience of CMMS Experience of CI systems; eg TPM, Kanban, 5S etc Medium knowledge of English Key Accountabilities Ensure the safety of all site personnel and contractors at all times Ensure high levels of plant availability and reliability Adherence to all environmental, health and safety legislationand higher company standards where appropriate Have a good sound knowledge of an industrial environment to be enabled to make informed decisions regarding breakdowns, repairs and maintenance. Support Maintenance Manager to Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel. Plan, schedule and supervise work orders execution. Supports the technicians in technical and organizational details. Manage and coordinate the cooperation with external companies performing service and maintenance in the plant Deliver plant improvement through effective use of existing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Promote a culture of continuous improvement within maintenance team. Work closely with the production department to help plant deliver productivity goals. Manage / develop stores system to ensure that critical spares have been identified and in stock at all times. Build / develop internal relationships across all departments. Work along side both local engineering and Corp Engineering to maximise potential of team and machinery. Comply with the company purchasing policy.
