JOB ACTIVITIES

As a Manager in Inditex you will manage, coordinate and supervise the activity of the store or of the department you are in charge of.

You will be responsible of the daily store activities as:

  • Sales and customer care: use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activities in the store using the internal provided tools, provides highest level of care to customers
  • HR & Team Management: recruits, interviews, develops and maintains a strong team, ensures that induction and relevant training are carried out for all employees, recognizes potential candidates for promotion
  • Planning and coordinating: prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of the team, takes initiative to accomplish all set goals, leads and motivates teams by setting the example

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • Good level of English
  • Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
  • Strong team working experience
  • Desire for career growth within the company
