Manager, Frontmatec Financial Shared Service CenterWe are currently looking for a Manager for our Financial Shared Service Center in Sibiu, Rumania.Our Shared Service Center is newly established, and we are looking for a Manager who will embark on the exciting journey alongside with a small team of financial specialist which is already in place. The purpose of the role is to ensure that our Business Units gets the support they need, when they need it, and with a high quality and efficiency. The SSC is currently servicing five Business Units all based within Europe.What will you do? Hands-on handling of various financial supportManaging and leading the Financial SSC teamContinuously optimizing processes and proceduresTaking Lead when implementing new additional servicesEnsuring compliance and supporting internal auditsThe role will be reporting to the Head of Shared Service in Denmark and will be interacting with a broad and international group of stakeholders across the Frontmatec Business Units. What do you need to bring?A relevant degree within finance coupled with experience from a similar roleIn depth knowledge about accounting, finance, and legislationPrevious international experienceEntrepreneurial mindset the ability to find new ways, methods and structuresFluency in English, both verbal and written.What will you get in return?
