We are recruiting for our client, a production company from Brasov, a person in the role of Manager Test (new products).
About the job:
This is a new role created in the organization, with the purpose of straighten the leadership in this area. Being a new job, we are looking for a flexible person with tolerance to ambiguity.
- You will analyze application design;
- You will manage a team of ~20 engineers and 18 technicians;
- Responsible for maintaining the solution from hardware and software point of view by implementing engineering changes, preventive and corrective maintenance;
- You will negotiate with clients and suppliers.
Desired candidate:
- Background in electronics, mechatronics or automation preferred;
- Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred;
- Expertise in test & debug engineering;
- Leadership experience (min. 3 years);
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
