Manufacturing Process Specialist supports continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on learning core manufacturing processes, assisting with Non-DM productivity projects, and contributing ideas under guidance from senior team members. The position provides strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and structured improvement methodologies.
This is a hybrid role (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).
