Your role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote our hotel group in Romania. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to learn more about the hospitality industry. Your Journey Development and standardization of graphic material, signage, and brand image within the hotel group: catalogs and graphic material, bar and restaurant menus, merchandising, satisfaction questionnaires, etc. Creation, supervision, and development of brand image, positioning, and value proposition (look and feel - touching points). Internal communication Collaboration with amenities suppliers for their definition and supply in hotels. Identify operational needs in the hotels and develop marketing materials that address them (touching points). Supervise AdWords and social media activity done by an outsource Plan and manage marketing budgets Manage the team of external agencies and freelancers Oversee the creation of all print and digital assets, ensuring they are on-brand and in line with objectives Manage budgets and track ROI Report on trends, competitor activity, and areas of development Sensorial marketing: olfactory marketing projects for the different brands of the chain. Administration of social media accounts:  Facebook and Instagram for Hotel Sinaia, “La Roq” Restaurant, Crama Rina, “Apres” Restaurant.  Content creation (visual and copywriting) Promotion campaign; - Creating a monthly editorial calendar;  Performance measurement and analysis.  Creating a monthly newsletter;  Database administration.  Other activities: Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations, ensuring that they are consistent with the brand guidelines (TBD) Work with the marketing team to develop and execute our branding strategy, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the brand guidelines (TBD) Help to manage our online presence and reputation, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and positively Support the Marketing Department in various projects aimed at promoting the hotel's services to its clients. What do you bring to your trip Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Native in rumanian, fluent in english 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role Experience in the hotel sector is a plus Excellent writing and editing skills Analytical skills, with the ability to use Google Analytics for reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with social media marketing and content management systems is a plus Experience managing marketing activities for a B2C brand Budget management experience Thorough knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Olala Perks Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a talented and experienced marketing team Chance to learn about the hospitality industry and gain valuable marketing experience To Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter.
