Join Our Team as a ME&Maintenance manager!
The role ensures the planning, qualification, and optimization of equipment and manufacturing processes, while supporting capacity management and product industrialization. It oversees maintenance activities, equipment availability, and contractor coordination to secure reliable production performance. The position also manages quality documentation, audits, and technical reporting tools.
What you`ll Do:
Prepares the annual plan (AOP) for the acquisition and preparation of equipment based on the plant’s HSE, quality, and production objectives for the autonomous production units.
Coordinates the definition of manufacturing flows.
Coordinates the installation and qualification process, as well as the outsourcing of equipment and technological processes, together with the APU Manager.
Coordinates the qualification process of new products or references, together with the APU Manager.
Coordinates the development and validation of the manufacturing line layout.
Coordinates the testing and qualification of consumables used in technological processes.
Supervises and monitors activities related to machine installation, machine transfer, and machine tool modernization.
Monitors monthly the availability of production capacities relative to customer demand and proposes/implements flexibilization, adaptation, or equipment acquisition projects, together with APU Managers.
Endorses or approves, when required, documents related to the quality system and internal documents for both the Technical and Maintenance subdepartments, ensuring verification and management of quality records. Ensures the documentation and compliance of the technological process.
Leads analyses aimed at reducing equipment cycle times.
Performs internal audits on manufacturing lines and external maintenance-related audits at turbo component suppliers.
Coordinates and controls equipment maintenance and repair activities.
Ensures availability of spare parts to prevent major equipment failures, manages warehouse spare parts stock, and supports the creation of supplier stock levels.
Is responsible for managing the PM-SAP program.
Verifies records of repairs performed and spare parts consumption.
Participates in contract negotiations for maintenance, machine tools, equipment, and utilities.
Verifies and monitors data regarding equipment availability.
Supervises and validates contractors' interventions on equipment and utilities, manages relationships with them, and evaluates their performance.
Supervises building maintenance activities, including water, gas, electricity, waste invoices, and maintenance service providers.
Verifies and maintains communication with equipment and spare parts suppliers.
Prepares, monitors, and updates specific reporting software.
What we need:
Technical University Degree
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
