As a member of the the team you will develop middle-ware components allowing the car and platform system modules to gather requested information from car's native applications and backed one, aggregate them and present to end user - driver, passenger or co-driver. Components are written in C++ in Linux environment with a little help of the Python, also utilizing native platform APIs and thrift interfaces. This role focuses on the "in car" part of the system. You will be able to utilize your experience and expertise with the topics like common APIs, rest bus, communication, component security. Responsibilities: You will work on important feature of user centric infotainment system using agile methodologyYou will design, implement, integrate, and test your code as a standalone module and with cooperation with systemDevelopment will typically have C++ and Linux operating system background with Python utilizationYou will use modern tools, technologies, engineering practices and methodologies Must have: Experience in C, Modern C++14/17, OOP and Design patternsUnderstanding Infotainment System Architecture, Design PrinciplesExperience in Build tools like: Make, CMake and Git workflowExperience in Linux, JDB, Valgrind, System Debugging skillsExperience in IPCExperience in Multi-ThreadingExperience in RPC: Thrift, DBUS, gRPC, Sockets.
