Symfony (nice to have) Redux (nice to have) TypeScript (nice to have) Linux (nice to have) JavaScript (nice to have) React (nice to have) PHP (regular)   Mid/Senior Fullstack with PHP - 100% remotely   Up to 25k PLN monthly for senior 100% REMOTELY☑️ B2B/CoE long-term contract   An international IT company focused on creating mobile and web applications Direct employment by our clientRequirements:PHP/Symfony (PSR) from 2 years,active using composer,understanding the full application lifecycle,experience of using docker for development is a significant advantage,English to speak with PMs and colleagues (B2 and up - you should feel free to talk PM about the application’s architecture and CEO about the stack development in the company).Nice to have: TS/JS + React/Redux 1.5 years and up without an irresistible desire to rewrite everything into functional componentsLinux from 1 year,team leading. Responsibilities:Making decisions about tactics for developing specific features based on an understanding of the work of the entire system, the full cycle of the application.Optimizing this cycle including improving the interaction of parts (FE/BE) with each other.Partially participating in the development of parts of the project (about 30% of the time).Reviewing the code, especially at the contact of the parts with each other.“Investigating” bugs - determine where the breakdown occurs, with which scenario and distribute it between people in the team.Following the practices adopted in the company and developing them: cross code review, CI/CD, TDD, if desired, pair programming.Participating in the core of the company to improve new technologies, develop tools and projects in general; work closely with colleagues of other teams.Taking part in the evaluation of applicants for a job in the company. What we offer:B2B or employment contract, as you wishannual salary/performance review, bonusesSwiss management: horizontal hierarchy, decisions are made by the project team, the experience of different roles for developers from project to projectselection of projects and tasks in accordance with the abilities and skills of developersdaily practice of English (¾ of the cost of training is covered of the company)conferences, courses (¾ of the cost of training is covered of the company)flexibility regarding holiday and sick leave.
