JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSONSPECIFICATION Milemate Operator, MMS Reference: PIR 14611120 Project: NAC project, Petrobrazi Refinery Job Location: Ploiesti, Romania Job type/Contract: Temporary, start date May, 2023 Salary range: Competitive salary package with benefits Job summary/Role description The NAC PROJECT relates to the execution on an EPC basis of a new aromatics complex that will be replacing the existing aromatics unit. The NAC project will implement the following sections: a gasoline reformate splitter, an aromatics extraction plant as well as a separation plant. The Milemate Operator (MMS) supports the implementation and maintenance of Milemate Software (SISCO, project control software) on Site. Duties and responsibilities Responsible for the overall operation of Milemate system in close coordination with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams;Maintain and update Milemate Data Base;Perform feasibility analysis;Manage the Milemate system activities and provide the necessary interface work with other SiteIT systems;Prepare inputs and reports as required by Site, ensuring compliance with the procedures, and document control. Knowledge & Qualifications University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent. Experience Relevant experience in construction/modernisation of large Petrochemical plants/ EPC projects; Strong subcontractors and construction/commissioning management experience in EPC project, Large/XL plants; Minimum 3 years’ experience in the specific discipline;Similar role covered in last three projects of comparable size;Experience working on Contractor side. Skills and Abilities Native Romanian speaker;Fluent English;Excellent IT and analytical skills;Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
