Job Description About the Job We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with extensive experience in native mobile development and building early stage products. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, and the principles of mobile app design and development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on exciting projects using cutting-edge technology.  What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter SDK and Dart programming language. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using industry best practices and design patterns. Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software products. Generic Software Engineering Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in native mobile development and building products. Understanding of agile software development principles. Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as experience with code reviews. Mobile Development Specific Requirements Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and guidelines for both Android and iOS platforms. Knowledge of software architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture. Experience integrating APIs and web services into mobile applications. Knowledge of push notifications and background processes on both Android and iOS platforms. Understanding of mobile app deployment processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) workflows for mobile app development. Technology Specific - Flutter Extensive experience with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language. Experience with state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or Redux. Familiarity with Flutter plugins and packages for integrating with third-party services like social media platforms or payment gateways. Understanding of Flutter's asynchronous programming model and ability to work with Futures and Streams. Knowledge of Flutter's layout system and ability to create responsive UIs. Proficiency with Flutter animations and custom widgets. Nice to have Understanding of security best practices for mobile app development, including data encryption and user authentication. Ability to optimize mobile app performance and reduce load times using techniques like code splitting or lazy loading. Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for mobile apps.
