About the role: CIB ITO Production is the supplier of products and services (DC, network, telecom, compute, data, workspace environment, application services) for CIB Business lines and customers as well as for selected entities outside CIB. Production is almost 3700 resources all around the world. With a presence in all regions , all our teams are global with local relays to perform a follow-the-sun support. Digital Platforms domain is in charge of all our infrastructure and data platforms (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, IaaS), with: 80 422 servers worldwide 17 011 middleware assets worldwide 11455 database instances worldwide Main Services / Tools & Technologies: Databases: Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Cassandra, Postgres Storage: netApp, Pure storage, PMax Backup Middleware: MQ, Solace, SFTP, CFT Citrix farms Automatization / scanning / monitoring & alerting tools : Geneos , Kibana, Elastic, Dynatrace, Smart Diagnostics Virtualization INFRA (VMWare, Nutanix , Open Stack, HyperV) Work following ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis in this and the rest of IT areas. On Site Services: From 7:00 to 19:30 schedule to cover in weekly shifts of 8 working hours/day On Call Services: Out of regular schedule, we provide On Call services 24/7 to be covered in weekly shifts by team members The administrators of middleware MQ will be responsible to offer the required performance for a very demanding service with critical applications and dataflow dependent on it. As part of this role, he/she has to ensure a high availability environment for these services, considered as critical for the business. Requirements: Technical skills IBM MQ administration. Expertise on high availability environments. Expertise on Linux/windows environments (advanced user skills. Not admin skills are needed) Strong global Infrastructure knowledge ( Clustering, Storage, Network, OS, …) Automation - scripting capabilities Team and collaborative working to develop and deliver appropriate solutions skills. Customer service oriented skills. Experience of delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines. Experience on production environment and support Language English (mandatory) French / Spanish will be valuable Good to have Ansible skills ( or other automation skills) Devops methodologies Cloud experience Soft skills: Eager to learn Analytical mind-set Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work autonomous and in team environment Good interpersonal and communication skills.
