MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect in Craiova

Job Description Due to our continuing success and growth, Eurofins Group Service Centre for IT Solutions on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect   to join the CRM team for implementing globally our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. We are looking to grow our CRM team in Europe, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS deployment and Azure Data Integrations.   Ideally, as MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you are proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM solution and in general on software architecture design, software development, security, and operations (DevSecOps). In this position you will design the future of our Microsoft D365 CRM landscape for customer sales, customer service and marketing automation. Being part of the architecture community and aligning with other architects on integration patterns etc, you will find the best design for business requirements to make sure that changes in D365 SaaS are close to the standard and we do no “over customize” our system. With your close collaboration with the CRM development team, you will guide and review their work. Your regular code reviews will be part of the implementation (hands-on mentality) on critical integrations. You will work with other architecture and engineering teams in defining standards and governance.  Concretely, you will write and maintain the technical design documentation for the CRM platform and agree on the technical roadmap of the D365 platform, its APIs usage and integration layers. This is in order to ensure architecture is compliant with Eurofins standards concerning security, technologies, patterns etc. You are accountable for the proper implementation of CI/CD and test automation for CRM platform. The Group Service Centre CRM team is mainly based in Europe and India. We support our customers 24x7x365 around the world. You will join a very international team, serving Eurofins global network in all time zones. Qualifications Are you our kind of extraordinary? You are a strong problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, able to both pragmatically identify issues, escalate, propose solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary Background:  Demonstrated +3 years working experience with MS Dynamics CRM solution with strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Technology. Proficient on-premise architecture and software development skills is preferred Microsoft certifications on MS Dynamics 365 are a strong plus Education:  Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or similar (Applied Maths, Engineering, Business degree with integrated IT, etc. Language : Fluent English communication skills (written/oral).
