Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationMultisite Financial Controller We have an opportunity for a Multisite Financial Controller to join our Safety And Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. This role is responsible for financial leadership,reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting of standalone business activitiesin 2 Villers manufacturing/distribution sites and closed Plaintel plant.HoneywellOur Safety and productivity solutions helps create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficient supply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and help meet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human and automated systems.Helping organizations become more connected to make our world smarter, safer, and more sustainable.Key requirements:Financial Partnering withLeadership of Site and Multi-Site grouping (participate in Site and Multi-Site Integrated supply chain decision making, factory transition projects, provide financial support for direct material sourcing including productivity , make/buy analysis, core/non core activities, labor, overhead productivity and efficiency);Financial Leadership for Reporting and Analysis of Financial Informationfor Site/Multi-Site Grouping (management reporting of Cost, Working Capital, Productivity, Capital, census, variance analysis, other metrics, Balance Sheet reviewsInactive, Obsolete, and Surplus management, Audit Support (Annual SOX process)Financial Leadership for Planning and Forecasting forSite and Multi-Site Grouping Factories (Creation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), loading of functional cost to site cost centers, alignment of plant volumes (labor hours, machine hours, kgs)Month-EndClose Process (period end accruals, journal entries, and reclass entries, analysis commentary for Month End results in Digital Finance);Create robustManagement operating system and effectively manage relationships, drive sustainablechange - provide project status, lead benefits & steering committees.Key skills and qualifications:Excellent communication and influencing skills within and outside of Finance; comfortable in an ambiguous changing environment;Proficiency with internal control process, both Bottom up & Top down way of working;Computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel;Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English;;Strong business partnering, ability to work independently and make decisions impacting multiple functions, change champion.Our offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment;Market specific training and ongoing personal development;Experienced leaders to support your professional development.Equal opportunity statementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
