Your Role The Tender and Pricing Manager is responsible for managing the tendering process and developing competitive pricing strategies for road logistics services. This role involves analyzing market trends, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the company’s offerings are both competitive and profitable. Your Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders.Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and risks.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.Maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference.Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market conditions and company objectives.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.Prepare detailed cost analyses and pricing models for road logistics services.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and profitable.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing and tender processes.Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable contracts.Prepare regular reports on tender activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.Analyze tender outcomes and pricing performance to identify areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Your Skills and Experiences Knowledge of Road Logistics services and related solutions, it is mandatory.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management and pricing within the logistics industry, it is mandatory.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to drive business growth through competitive pricing.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
