We are looking for a  nCino Technical Lead  to join our Digital Banking Solutions Team. The role involves leading a team of developers or engineers to design, customise, integrate, and maintain nCino solutions within a financial institution. Required skills: Technical Expertise : Proficiency in nCino platform functionalities, including configuration, customisation, and integration. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (on which nCino is built) and related technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is crucial. Software Development : Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SQL are beneficial for customisations and integrations within the nCino platform. Leadership : Capability to mentor and guide a team of developers or engineers and provide technical guidance. Understanding of Banking and Financial Industry : Knowledge of banking processes, regulations, compliance, and industry-specific requirements is highly beneficial for tailoring nCino solutions to meet the needs of financial institutions.
