Netsuite Process Analyst (Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing) in Bucuresti

Our Client, a dynamic and rapidly growing global company, is seeking an experienced Netsuite Process Analyst (Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing) to join their innovative team.  As the  NetSuite consultant/ implementer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of the information system, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain and distribution processes. The successful candidate will bridge geographical gaps with effective communication and management practices. Location: Hybrid remote with 2 days a week on-site at one of our client's European offices in one of the following countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece No relocation offered- you need to be based in Europe and have all the work permits, visas, etc. Key Responsibilities: Design, Implement, and Optimize Supply Chain Solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and configure NetSuite to meet organizational needs effectively. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for logistics-related initiatives, including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide System Support: Act as a key point of contact for internal clients regarding system queries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner. Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance overall efficiency. Custom Reporting and Metrics: Develop reports and metrics within NetSuite to support decision-making and enhance business processes. Requirements: Education: bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite logistics modules. Strong technical skills. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple logistics projects simultaneously. Experience in NetSuite finance modules – Advantage. Experience within the Pharma industry - Advantage. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
