#1 Children Apparel Company in the world is looking for a Network Engineer. Our Opening and Your Responsibilities This role centers on serving as a key member of the network and cybersecurity operations team, taking charge of the network and cybersecurity infrastructure across all Haddad Brands business units worldwide. Your tasks:  ·        Deploy, oversee, and provide support for a global enterprise network infrastructure utilizing Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Kemp technologies. ·        Manage the network infrastructure in Data Centers and Local networks across all regions: Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and China. ·        Uphold a robust level of network security by continuously monitoring security advisories, implementing software updates, and conducting periodic security audits to adhere to enterprise security standards. ·        Address incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests. ·        Enhance and maintain monitoring and management tools for efficient network oversight. ·        Collaborate with application operation teams to plan and execute processes and updates within the designated area of responsibility. ·        Proactively suggest and implement automation, processes, and cost optimizations to enhance operational efficiency. ·        Ensure comprehensive and current documentation of solutions and changes, fostering knowledge sharing within the team. What You Need to Succeed ·        Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).  ·        At least 3 years hands-on experience focused on large-scale network LAN/WAN/Firewall operations and/or design. ·        Networking/Security knowledge – equivalent to Cisco CCNP, CISSP.  ·        Knowledge of:  o  Cisco products (Catalyst/Nexus Switches, Routers)  o  Aruba Wi-Fi infrastructure, o  Kemp load-balancing solutions, o  Cisco Firewall Threat Defense, Cisco ISE, Greenbone, Availability to business travels that might happen occasionally.  Nice to have:  ·        Cisco Meraki Switching and Routing knowledge, ·        Network monitoring tools deployment, i.e.: Nagios XI, Nagios Syslog, Nagios NetFlow. ·        ITIL framework. ·        Jira Project Management. Soft skills required:  ·        Customer orientation,  ·        Ability to independently analyze and resolve incidents and drive for pragmatic solutions,  ·        Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in international and cross-functional teams, ·        Flexibility, reliability, and showing initiative.
