New Product Launch Manager Job Req ID: 112750 Location: Codlea Brasov, RO, 505100 Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited We are looking for a New Product Launch Manager that will join the Operations Engineering Center team in our plant within Codlea, Brasov. Responsibilities: Management and coordination of all parts of an automotive development project (mainly C-projects) relating to operations (P/L/Q) from acquisition to implementation and ensuring of the operations strategy in the project, including technical elaboration, cross-functional coordination; Creation, optimization and assurance of a strategic and competitive operating concept (from material control & procurement concept to customer-specific delivery concept, e.g. through lean check); Responsible for communication for all operational topics within the project organization (internal and external); Release and ensure complete project management for the operating area (personnel deployment, schedule, plant planning, process, etc.); Professional management of all direct operational project members according to the project organization chart (e.g. specialist project managers, project staff, specialists, etc.); Responsibility for the operation investment & project costs as well as the launch and production costs in coordination with the operations management and in coordination with the supervisor. Requirements: Technical University degree; Has acquired knowledge of the processes/standards of two areas (production, quality or logistics) within the framework of at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and led projects as a project manager in the field of operations for at least 1 year; Knowledge of the ADONIS processes "Managing customer relationships", "Product development and qualification", "Managing supplier network", "Manage new product launch", "Managing production and logistics network", "Managing changes", "Managing vehicle project", "Managing target result" as well as SEP Plus work packages; Willingness to do business travel (20%); Advanced knowledge of English, German is considered a plus; Ability to maintain performance and motivation under pressure, uncertainty, lack of time or frustration.
