Job Description
We look for a new General Manager with solid Economic backtroun for aat Reputable Waste & Recycling Company in Romania.
This is a good and almost unique chance for an Economic Manager to evolve to General Manager role.
This GM will handle all the NON - Operational Division in the group meaning, finance/economic sector, tenders department, marketing, admin etc.
There already exists another Operational GM that currently handles the production divisions (production, technical, quality etc) and including the majority of the Employees.
Both leaders are equally reporting to the existing board manager of a huge group that Employs more than 1000 people and has a recent JV with a central Europe reputable energy & waste management group.
– all are eliminatory selection criteria for this role!
Our GM will therefore be responsible for :
We would prioritize Romanian candidates who are experienced as CFO / FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION Directors and with some strong public tenders exposure and valid commercial and marketing understanding. Yes, ideally coming with some industrial background.
Compensation & benefits – TBD, according to candidate. House options can be discussed in case of relocation.
English language is mandatory.
