What you’ll doThe O&M Manager is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the telecommunication passive infrastructure of Vantage Towers sites in Romania.Main responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the service levels stipulated in the maintenance contracts signed with our customers and suppliers/contractors. At the same time, the O&M Manager must ensure the SLAs defined in the maintenance contracts signed with our customers, coordinated with the Contract Managers and supporting them to maintain a regular working and monitoring relationship with all of them to improve the service continuously.Responsible for the Capex and Opex budget associated with the operation & maintenance activity, preparing the annual plans and budgets based on the detected needs of the network and our clients.Cooperate with the Vantage Tower TopCo departments in the elaboration of the strategy and evolution of the maintenance of our network facing new technological advances, or new business’s needs.Responsible for carrying out evaluation projects and selecting suppliers for preventive / corrective maintenance activities and for building and checking the lists of materials necessary to carry out the above activities.Responsible for defining standards/best practices in preventive/corrective and incidental maintenance activities.Supervise the correct operation of the Vantage Towers Tower Operations Center (TOC), ensuring compliance with the contract and stipulated SLAs.Supervise the correct operation of the access platform to the Vantage Towers sites, managing that the approved protocols and procedures are followed and complied with.Responsible for the development and maintenance of all the procedures and standards associated with the basic O&M department to carry out its activity.Guarantee the H&S compliance for all the vendors and suppliers.Preparation and annual monitoring of the professional development plan for O&M team members.Who you areAt least 5 years of professional experience in technology in O&M positions, preferably with vendor and customers interactionAt least 3 years of valuable professional experience in managing teamsUniversity Degree, preferably in Engineering (Telecommunications, Civil works…)Fluent in written and spoken EnglishCustomer orientationCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to influenceLeadership skillsResults drivenProactivity and initiativeConflict management/resilienceTeamwork with internal teams and with the customerAbility to analyse data and take data driven decisionsAbility to manage emergency situationsAbility to optimize resources and continuous improvementEmpathy and listening skillsWhat's in it for youInternational career opportunities in a fast-growing companyAttractive salary and bonus planComprehensive medical insurance coverageLife insurance policy for peace of mindMeal ticketsMobile plan with unlimited talk time and dataAccess to Bookster for a wide range of books and learning materialWho we areVantage Towers is one of Europe's leading tower companies, and our infrastructure and technologies are helping to connect people, businesses, and internet-enabled devices like never before.
