As the OnShape Education Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with the Customer Success Group Lead and larger education team to identify and implement processes crucial to the academic business. In turn, you will be directly impacting and improving the OnShape education business and helping our customers adopt and renew PTC products. Our team is highly collaborative, and you will work regularly with members across the academic organization.Your Impact:The OnShape Education Customer Success Associate is a key member of the PTC Education team as this individual is directly responsible for supporting and renewing OnShape customers globally. In this role, you will work directly with our OnShape sales reps and technical advisors to ensure that customers have everything they need to be successful with us. You will be involved in program planning, execution and measurement of enablement efforts directed at customers. This role is vital to ensure the quality of customer interaction and revenue accuracy for the PTC Education team. Your Day-To-Day:Work directly with our customers to ensure onboarding, usage and renewal of Onshape Education licenses. Manage onboarding requests and meetings for Onshape education customers. Create and maintain Onshape renewal opportunities in a timely and accurate manner (SFDC).Ensure our customers receive prompt and accurate information through our emailing campaigns. Assist Onshape provisioning and send welcome emails (ChurnZero).Manage and track Onshape Education requests, using excel spreadsheet, Salesforce reports.Your Skills and Knowledge:Fluent English is mandatory + one of the following: French/Spanish/German/ItalianBachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.Comfortable in a customer facing role.#LI-DNI PTC Company Description PTC enables global manufacturers to realize double-digit impact with software solutions that enable them to accelerate product and service innovation, improve operational efficiency, and increase workforce productivity.
