About the team: Operations Activation Services (OAS) meets the talent and tech needs of one-time change events, business transformation, or spikes in business volumes for clients that want to reinvent their operations or have their own captives/GCC/GBS.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will drive, build, scale, and optimize multi tower global operations e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc;
You will work with deal teams or Go to Market leads to provide subject matter expertise and industry, offering insights for important client proposals and RFP;
You will be involved in setting up new GBS and GCCs and their transformation from a cost center into a strategic growth enabler, embedding innovation and agility at every level.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to enhance business functions;
Perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making processes;
Provide recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiency;
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives;
Deliver end to end transformation programs, from discovery and design to transition, stabilization, and optimization Lead AI powered automation and analytics initiatives delivering significant productivity gains;
Design and implement global delivery models and governance structures;
Partner with Client leadership to define GBS operating models and transformation roadmaps;
Evaluates and identifies business needs and finds solutions to business problems;
It involves analyzing processes, systems, and structures within an organization to recommend improvements, enhance efficiency, and support informed decision making;
By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM -18:00 PM in a flexible and remote setup.
Skills that make your work successful:
At least 10 years work experience;
Expert proficiency in Business Analysis;
Expert proficiency in Business Transformation;
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Bonus points if you have:
Expert proficiency in Client Project Management.
Expert proficiency in Operational Excellence.
Advanced proficiency in Transition Management.
