About You

  • English skills - advanced

  • Spanish skills - medium/advanced

  • Casino game knowledge needed (previous Dealer experience, online or landbased)

  • At least 1 year experience in Ezugi with > 50% game types known (GK)

  • Good PC Skills (Excel, Power Point)

  • Strong knowledge of organizational development and process optimization

  • Good analysis and synthesis skills, attention to details, problem solving capacity

  • Knowledge of professional development processes

  • Learning ability – selecting and using learning/training methods and procedures fit for situations when they teach or learn new things

  • Good communication skills, active listening and summarizing skills

  • Ability to learn and develop professionally

  • Time management and organizational skills, able to meet deadlines

  • High responsiveness to professional demands

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks

About the Role 

  • Increasing organizational efficiency by studying organizational structures, methods, systems and procedures, and supporting organizational development by coordinating training activities for company personnel

  • Communicating with managers to ascertain their requirements

  • Team task resolution

  • Ensuring good implementation of operational procedures and provide ongoing support

  • Having detailed knowledge of procedures and manuals as well as operational structure and processes

  • Adhering to set quality standards; responsible for maintaining product integrity and quality of service provided by the company

  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation related to procedures and manuals and creating new procedures as needed

  • Monitoring performance of local studio staff (pit bosses, trainers, dealers, shufflers) and external partner studios; creating and submitting reports containing suggestions for performance improvement

  • Supporting monthly meetings with local operations and external studios and ensure ongoing communication with designated individuals to maintain product quality across locations

  • Planning, delivering and evaluating training programs for operational employees (pitbosses, trainers, dealers, shufflers) in accordance with the company's needs and objectives

  • Setting the goals and objectives of training and/or presentations, and choosing appropriate training methods

  • Traveling to client’s premises, as required

  • Reporting to direct manager any irregularities observed in any of the locations (local or external)

  • Work schedule - 2 shifts:   9:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00;   14:00 - 22:00;
