Order Entry Specialist, Core Diagnostics, Eastern Europe (CEE & SEE)
Primary Objective of Position
Responsible for the efficient processing of orders. Answer customer demands and align with SOP’s meeting customer needs and requirements.
Major Accountabilities
Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Order processing and delivery control.
Complaint handling regarding deliveries.
Inventory project.
Invoicing.
Customer contract processing and control.
Follow company’s procedures regarding the purchase of goods and services.
Be informed of product holds and recalls.
Responsible for maintaining quality records that are generated through the implementation of the relevant to the function policies/ procedures/ instructions.
Implement all actions as they relate to the requirements of the Quality Management System to the extend required by the position's duties and responsibilities and ensure that they are followed within his/ her function.
Support ad-hoc analysis at their areas of responsibility.
Education
Desirable university Degree in related Field (Finance preferred).
Background
Knowledge: Knowledge of Core Diagnostics products.
Skills:
Computer skills (including word processing, spread sheet and database management applications).
Fluency in the written & spoken English language.
Communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience: Desirable previous work experience in accounting, auditing and financial planning & analysis.
