OT Support Engineer About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Information Technology Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day You will be working in an international project within the area of manufacturing IT. Most meetings will be virtual with the project or operational team, but you are also required to attend and organize onsite workshops, mainly in Europe and North America. The Manufacturing IT Program is in an early stage, with a base already implemented in our platform of choice (Service Now) and it is gradually being implemented in the SE factories globally. How You’ll Make an Impact Your focus point in the MIT program - OT Service Management team is the asset management for OT (Operational Technology) assets. All OT assets in the SE factories are in scope and all locations globally are involved in the data gathering and associated data lifecycle activities (IMAC/D). Support is provided to the business users via the standard service management processes (request, incident, problem, change management). The Knowledge management and the continual service improvement processes are covered. Work in an integrated project team continuously developing and supporting the implementation/delivery to all locations globally. You are responsible to:Continuously follow up the data in Service NowVerify and control that the data is up to date.Take actions to have the data up to date.Support our factory users with the OTSM processes.Support the project team with the development and delivery. What You Bring Certifications: ITIL certification required (Foundation; Service Manager; Service Operation or similar)Best practice procedure for service managementStandardized process description for procedures within IT organizationsCommunication:Strong communication skills for effective collaborations with SE Factories for improving data gathering and data management.Project Management Skills:proficient at reporting and stakeholder management with experience in international projects, ideally with team members from Germany, UK, Scandinavia and/or US.Technical Expertise:In-depth, knowledge of OTSM and ITSM, familiarity with OT, CMDB Knowledge, and experience with ISA-95 model.Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT/OT service management platforms.Language proficiency:English (advanced level required)German (beneficial)Any other European language (beneficial) Consulting and project management experience in the range of service management (IT and Non-IT) is beneficial.
