CompanyAUTOMOBILE DACIA SAJob DescriptionPostul P&A Logistic Customer advisor (F/M) se incadreaza in structura Directiei Logistice Piese & Accesorii.Postul este localizat la CPS Oarja.Responsabilitati:Reprezinta interfata intre Directia Logistica Piese&Accesorii si Centrele de Distributie Europeana, Filialele, Importatori sau Brokeri pe toate subiectele de ordin logistic.- Asigura receptionarea zilnica a comenzilor primite prin intermediul Sistemelor Informatice sau pe e-mail, verifica existenta piesei solicitate in stocul Franta sau CPS, aloca piesa pe comanda si creeaza livrarea. Utilizeaza in acest scop sistemele informatice specifice (MPR, SAPPR etc);- Gestioneaza activitatea de facturare a pieselor de schimb de la depozitele situate in Franta;- Raspunde ( telefonic / mail / prin sistem) cererilor Clientilor conform termenelor contractuale stabilite;- Asista si consiliaza Clientii din portofoliu pe subiectele logistice (plasare comenzi/ rezervare transport / tratare de litigii/ respectare lead time/ tratare cereri informatii);- Anima intervenantii in fluxul logistic ( aprovizionare, depozite Franta/CPS, tranzitari/transportatori ) pentru a asigura expeditia marfurilor conform termenelor contractuale;- Asigura conceperea, realizarea, difuzarea reportingurilor specifice activitatii sale si participa la reuniunile in care se discuta subiecte cu impact in activitatea sa pentru a oferi informatiile solicitate.Profil candidat:- Studii superioare;- Competente lingvistice: engleza si franceza – nivel avansat;- Experienta in Logistica si/sau Comercial, Relatii Clienti reprezinta un avantaj;- Buna cunoastere a pachetului MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);- Abilitati de comunicare orala si scrisa intr-un mediu multicultural, orientat client;- Capacitate de invatare rapida, adaptare la schimbari si termene limita;- Capacitate de gestionare a timpului, gandire structurata, capacitate de analiza si sinteza, initiativa; capacitate de gestionare a relatiilor transverse meserii/ tari.Job FamilyAfter SalesRenault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.
