PARTS & SERVICES AREA MANAGER in Bucuresti

Tasks:

  • Management, monitoring and improvement of the quality and efficiency of the external service centers;
  • Define and implement client fidelity strategies leveraging on service centers to monitor the lifecycle of our products;
  • Knows Ariston Romania's products and service offer;
  • Maintains the relationship with all Service Centers in the assigned territory;
  • Evaluates the range of products sold by Ariston Romania in the allocated area - boilers, heat pumps, boilers, etc. (for each service center, as well as globally);
  • It is ensured that all the service centers in the assigned area have access to all the software / platforms provided by Ariston Romania (Ariston Net Pro, QuickFix, Professional Team, AThOS, Service Club Platform, OneTEAM) and that they use them in their activity daily;
  • Define and implement long term service contracts and clients’ maintenance programs;
  • Scouting and analysis of new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Area Manager;
  • Development of activities aimed to increase the installed park and the services sold;
  • Supports and increases the sale of Ariston Romania services in the assigned area: connectivity, extended warranty contracts;
  • Supports and increases the sale of original spare parts in the assigned area;
  • It is ensured that the service centers respond to intervention requests (commissioning, warranty and out-of-warranty repairs) in the area of ​​responsibility of each one;
  • Builds the loyalty of the service centers in the relationship with Ariston Romania

  • Our ideal candidate has:

  • University Technical degree, preferable Civil Constructions Engineering/Installation
  • 3-5 years’ previous work experiences in sales,sectors like heating and water heating, energy renewable products, pumps, HVAC-B2B,B2B2C
  • Very good technical skill
  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
  • Good planning, organization, and communication
  • Team-player
  • English Knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power Point and Excel other platforms and applications
