Payroll Analyst in Bucuresti

Responsibilities What will you contribute? Working as part of the Global Payroll team you will be based in Bucharest-Romania, and reporting to the regional Payroll Lead, this role is to administrate the payroll function, consistently delivering to high-quality standards and working to inflexible deadlines. . Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables as Payroll Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following: On-time release of payment files and/or manual payment schedules - salaries & contributions Responsibility for payroll journal postings - ERP system NetSuite Reconciliation of monthly Payroll, review and verify payroll data Reconciliation of BS (Control Accounts & clearance of balances) – ERP Blackline Ensuring timely process by Payroll providers Verification of payroll reports, and delivery of salaries and other dues to the relevant parties Processing EMEA entities payroll Cash-flow forecasting Supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects Mentoring other team members in best practices and standards Liaison with the Treasury team on funding requirements Required Experience: 3 years experience in the payroll process Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders internally, and demonstrates resilience when handling challenge Experience with multi-country payrolls - a definite advantage but not mandatory Fluency in English and MS Office knowledge (Excel medium level) Overview of HR Operations processes an advantage.
