You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of the full payroll cycle, ensuring full compliance with labor and tax legislation. You will actively contributes to payroll system implementation and optimization initiatives while delivering accurate reporting and analysis to support management and Finance decision-making.

This is the role

Payroll Administration

  • Manage the full end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.

  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, overtime, deductions, and garnishments in line with legal requirements and internal policies.

  • Administrate leave records and ensure their accurate reflection in payroll calculations.

  • Prepare and submit all mandatory statutory declarations and reports to authorities.

  • Perform payroll-to-accounting reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems and relevant platforms.

  • Legislative Compliance

  • Monitor and apply changes in labor and payroll tax legislation.

  • Provide internal advisory support on payroll and employment law matters.

  • Prepare documentation and support internal/external audits and inspections.

  • Ensure payroll processes are compliant with local legislation and internal controls.

  • Payroll System Implementation & Optimization

  • Actively participate in payroll system implementation, upgrade, or transition projects.

  • Contribute to process mapping, requirements definition, and system configuration.

  • Perform UAT testing and data validation.

  • Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.

  • Outsourcing & Insourcing Management

  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers and monitor SLA performance.

  • Review and validate external payroll deliverables.

  • Support payroll transition projects (outsourcing ↔ insourcing).

  • Document and standardize payroll procedures.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly payroll cost reports, accruals, and financial analyses.

  • Deliver headcount and workforce cost analytics.

  • Support budgeting and payroll forecasting processes.

  • Develop and optimize advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards.

  • This is who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, or Law.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of end-to-end payroll experience.

  • Proven experience in payroll system implementation (mandatory).

  • Experience in outsourcing and/or insourcing payroll projects.

  • Experience within medium to large organizations is considered an advantage.

  • Strong expertise in labor and payroll legislation.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Experience with payroll systems (SAP HR, Charisma or similar).

  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Integrity and confidentiality, ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Effective cross-functional communication skills.
