About the roleWe are recruiting for a Workday platform specialist in Core HCM with proven experience in configuration of the core module, business processes as well as being a subject matter expert in at least one other area, preferably Reporting, Recruitment, Security, Comp, Performance, or Integrations.The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the People function, in addition to IT and other functional areas to maintain current best practices as well as influencing new and improving existing experiences to help better utilise the system for all users.You will be dealing with day to day run activity as well as implementing new and exciting change to help support the ever-increasing change portfolio with the existing in-house Workday team.
