PIM Sr. Project Management Specialist - Translations in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Own the Product Information Management (PIM) Solution Delivery in Local Languages for Honeywell Buildings Technology (HBT) GroupOversee marketing and eCommerce multi-language product data translations to the local languagesPartner with external translation service providers to translate PIM data from English to German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Simplified Chinese etc.Manage translation vendor relationship and coordination/QA review. Manage budget and resource plans and identify and resolve conflicts and dependencies.Plan, execute and track translations. Interface with Offering Managers to ensure QA Reviews of the Product Data Translation to Local Languages.Provide project and program management expertise in the development of IT strategy and ensure effective delivery of multiple complex projects and/or programs within HBT, ensuring both schedule and budget fidelityManage stakeholder expectations by demonstrating and communicating key indicators of improved effectives on a periodic basisLead a team as a Scrum Master, lead retrospectives and knock down barriersDeploy standardized work, project management methodologies and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile and waterfall project management style execution of IT projects across the Enterprise.Ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivityContribute to improving IT processes, program and change managementQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Language Arts or Multi-Lingual or related discipline with 3 years of experience managing programs/large complex projects; or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience managing programs/large complex projectsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience managing multi-language Marketing or eCommerce website projects using agile concepts, practices, and toolsStrong leadership, program and change management skillsAbility to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervisionExperience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodsPMP certification preferred, Agile certification preferredStrong Oral and Written Communications Skills in English, plus any two of German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Simplified Chinese.Experience with Online eCommerce Project would be value addWe offerA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and ongoing personal developmentCareer growth opportunitiesExperienced leaders to support your professional developmentInternational work environmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love tohear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer andvalue diversity at our company.
