We are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead the integrated schedule for a major nuclear refurbishment project. The role involves schedule development and control, contractor integration, risk management, and leadership of a multidisciplinary planning team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CANDU refurbishment projects, strong leadership skills, and a proven background in large-scale project controls.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using best practices in planning and scheduling.
- Ensure schedules reflect project requirements and align with the overall project management strategy.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to gather necessary input for schedule development.
- Monitor progress against the schedule, identify areas of concern, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on planning and scheduling tools and methodologies to project teams.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project scheduling and performance.
Preferred Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Superintendent and Manager roles
- Previous experience in the refurbishment, maintenance and/or operation of a CANDU Station.
- Post-Secondary/University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration in Finances.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and principles, including risk management and resource allocation.
- Willingness to obtain security clearance as required.
