You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the overall growth and success of our plant based in Sannicolau Mare, Timis County.Join our strong team to advance your career, grow and make a real difference.Your RoleIn your daily job you will: • Be responsible for month closing activities and preparation of financial reporting packages according to Corporate requirements;• Prepare Forecast/Budget and offer support to different departments for calculating FC/Budget;• Prepare weekly financial overview in order to track and mitigate risks;• Interpret results and offer possible explanations to the management team regarding the deviations vs Budget/FC/Outlook;• Identify potentials for cost reduction and profit maximization;• Monitor risks and factors influencing business performance and recommend corrective actions for achieving the targets;• Have a proactive communication with other departments, with the management team;• Prepare periodically ad-hoc reports for the management.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in the role are your:• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting field;• Similar experience in a multinational company or in Financial Audit;• Very good Microsoft Office skills (emphasis on Microsoft Excel);• Working experience with ERP Systems in Controlling or Finance area (preferably SAP system);• English knowledge (advanced level) is a must;• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with tight deadlines;• Dynamic, organized, ambitious, attentive to details and good oriented person;• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations;• Availability to travel internal and abroad.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
