The Portal Admin team manages the partner portal and e-communication, serving as the online hub for promotions, product updates, special pricing, and access to partner tools.
Tasks
- Responsible to create/maintain page/portlet configuration and tool integration.
- Work closely with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Study new IT technologies and programing languages to be able to identify best solutions and to implement them when needed.
- Perform regular portal validation, resolve technical issues, and escalate as needed to maintain system integrity. Identify root causes of business issues and recommend action plans.
- Act as a first-level escalation point for production issues, troubleshoot problems, develop workarounds, and coordinate resolution of complex incidents in production environments.
- Lead or provide expertise to functional project teams, participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Support during code releases and major projects to align technical solutions with business goals, including grooming and acceptance criteria for user stories and defects.
- Use backend systems to publish information to Portal.
- Conduct data analysis and process-related tasks to support business operations, driving continuous improvement in team efficiency and quality through actionable insights.
- Actively contribute to new ideas, methods, or AI/Automation solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Extensive work experience (preferably in multinational companies)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: 2-3 years / Degree in Computer Science or relevant programming experience preferred.
- Skills: Application Testing, JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, CSS, PHP, MySQL, HTML editorial and/or other web development applications
- Language skills: Excellent English level– both written and oral; min B2
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
- Quick learner with a strong passion for problem-solving and improvement.
