Focus on safety, technical execution, troubleshooting, and ensuring readiness for commissioning and energization, while coordinating closely with project managers and engineers.How You’ll Make an Impact
Supervise the installation, assembly of high-voltage power transformers at various project sites across Europe.Review the readiness for commissioning activities for power transformer, ensure proper handover of assembly prior commissioning.Perform final assembly after testing and make power transformer ready for energizing.Lead and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with European safety standards and regulations.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.Provide hands-on training and support to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure project continuity.Possible extended travel assignments up to 3 months.What You Bring
Vocational training or certification in Electrical /Mechanical/Mechatronics/Metal industry/ Energy technology or a related field.Existing proven power transformer installation certification is a plus.Good experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage power transformers with proven track record.Proven expertise in carrying out procedures from receiving transformer on site to putting it into operation.Troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.Practical knowledge of European safety standards and regulations.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, engineers, and team members.Vocational training or certification in Electrical /Mechanical/Mechatronics/Metal industry/ Energy technology or a related field.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. (90%) of time.Valid car license.Professional English and German is a plus/advantage.
