The Queue Manager role is open within the Lenovo’s Premier Technical Support team. In this role you will be supporting best in class service delivery to Lenovo customer who have purchased a Premier Support warranty.
As a Queue Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workload and optimizing operational processes to ensure team efficiency.
Your key responsibilities:
Communication between departments to coordinate processes and resolve incidents.Administrative management, ensuring complace with case duration (SLA).Incident tracking and supporting the team in resolving blockages.Informing and collaborating with the manager to improve team operations.Assigning and balancing workload, optimizing task distribution.What You bring:
