Job Description
- Leading technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers
- Designing scalable solutions using our API, webhooks, and integrations
- Supporting the sales cycle with demos, documentation, and expert insight
- Building internal tools or prototypes that illustrate product capabilities
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs and feature requests
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Solutions Engineers and other customer-facing team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead role with strong senior-level expertise
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
- Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, REST, GraphQL, etc.)
- Solid hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript
- Experience with pre-sales engagements and collaborating with account teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience contributing to technical content or internal tooling
