The M365 Special Clouds Team is looking for a Program manager lead/manager who is obsessed with driving a modern engineering system that focuses on industry leading practices and tools to provide autonomous and efficient internet-scale cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of Program Managers to help define, document and drive Office 365 Sovereign and Regulated cloud solutions; Develop thought leadership and gain buy-in across stakeholders. Gather underlying requirements, formulate objectives, and develop specs.A successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment filled with ambiguity and competing demands.Be part of a cross-functional team leveraging Azure and Office to operate the next generation cloud powered by machine learning, extending investments in the world-wide public cloud and drive prioritized requirements across Microsoft, aligned with M365 larger goals and vision. Qualifications
A Bachelors’ degree BS in a technical discipline (CS, Computer Eng, Electrical Eng).Extended experience in Program or Product Management.Extended experience with people leadership/management, coaching, and mentoring.Track record of quickly ramping up on new technologies/tech skills and delivering SW products to external customers. Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to clearly articulate technical requirements as well as to contribute to complex design discussions.Strong stakeholder management across orgs and geos/time zones, to drive results.Customer empathy, innovative spirit, strong can-do attitude, and passion for excellence and ability to mine data to help make strategic decisions. Experience as a product or program manager with in-depth knowledge of developing and running cloud basedKnowledge of Azure, O365.
