Process Engineer - Glass Float Line – Hot End in Cãlãraşi

Contamos com você para This role is a position within the Technical and Industrial Performance/R&D Department at Saint-Gobain Romania.Your responsibilities will include, among others: Analyzes hot-end production parameters that influence glass quality, consumption of raw materials and energy;Connects the main types of defects that come from the composition and furnace workshops and the production parameters of these workshops;Updates the databases and graphs related to the evolution of quality on the float line and the production parameters of the hot end. This role is also requiring some additional skills and past experiences: Graduated from the Technical University with a technological profile (chemical engineer, metallurgist, material scenice);Ability to compile reports and technical presentations;Ability to learn new methods and programs of analysis and management of industrial processes;Knowledge of methods and tools for continuous improvement of processes (Kaizen, PDCA, Gemba walk);Communication skills, organization, and coordination of project teams;Ability to work in interdepartmental teams;Advantage - experience working in an industrial environment;Foreign language – english mandatory;  Estamos prontos para recebê-lo We are more than 2000 colleagues in Romania, and we are all part of the extended team of Saint-Gobain.
