Process Excellence Consultant in Bucuresti

What you will be doing? Design L3/4 process flows/documentation for clients, end-to-end, not limited to Wipro scope; Conduct Gap Analysis and identify solutions to address; Conduct workshops with clients to implement new processes; Continually works with the client to communicate the strategy, understand organization requirements / pain points, and co-execute the vision, Act as Subject Matter Expert and Trainer for new joiners; Assist in business development; Adhere compliance and generate control reports; Ability to track work under specific framework and standards. What will you bring? Excellent understanding of human resources processes; 4-6 years experience in HR field (Comp & Ben, HR Admin, PY); Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Good market knowledge to bring competitive advantages (COIN, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow etc); Project and performance management skills; Ability to create and manage Operational processes and procedures; High degree of customer interaction at international level; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, presentation skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; Customer Service oriented; Results driven.
