:DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

The Process Transformation Business Engineer will work within our Business Transformation Teams within the Private Bank, working closely with Operations, Business Functions and TDI. Together, you they will shape end‑to‑end process landscapes, identify optimization opportunities, and drive implementation of technological change.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of transforming and improving non‑product processes across the Private Bank, ensuring clarity, stability and continuous development of key end‑to‑end workflows.
Analyse business requirements, translate them into structured specifications and work closely with specialist units to design clear, efficient and sustainable processes.
Improve existing workflows, identify optimisation potential, and drive practical solutions that enhance quality, transparency and customer experience.
Take clear responsibility of the respective deliverables together with the IT dev teams
Coordinate with partnering areas, including Operations, product management, specialist units and the TDI-CIO area, ensuring smooth cooperation and clear communication across functions.
Skills
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
Multi‑year experience in business analysis, process management or transformation in financial services.
Strong understanding of technical feasibility and IT implementation requirements.
Knowledge of non‑product processes (e.g., Inheritance, Garnishment, Complaints Management, Production Preparation).
Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies; initial experience and know‑how in the use of BPMN; RPA or AI technologies (e.g., Camunda; Agentic AI) is an advantage.
Business‑proficient English (written and spoken); German language skills desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a high degree of initiative.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to prioritize in dynamic environments; leadership capability to guide and develop a team.
