Job Description Works under supervisionWorks with the Company purchasing systems and processesEnsures the most compliant buying channel is used for indirect materialDaily PO transactions to support operational requirementsSupport supplier qualification and certificationRecommends system and process enhancementsConscious of continuous improvements by monitoring KPIs/SLAsManage open requisition through closed PO reportingManage and maintain supplier catalogsResponsible for purchase order generation, reporting, and distributionProvide support and advice on buying channels to project managers and validate indirect procurement requisitionSupport project managers with accounting query resolutionInvoice approval for received PO’s and direct checks to vendorsRequisition creation supportSupport customer in receiving support queries (Tier 2) and triaging contractor requestsSupport and validate supplier qualificationSupport subcontractor certificationsPurchase order query management (e.g., changes, expediting, open items)Conduct supplier audits along with archiving contractsIdentify process improvementsUpdate Ecosystem with process and policy changes, and knowledge baseTesting of system enhancements Qualifications Fluent In EnglishBachelor’s degree in business or supply chain2 years experience in Customer Service, or Procurement servicesProficiency with Coupa, CLM or other systems preferredHigh stress toleranceAttention to detailStrong communication, prioritization & organizational skillsAbility to problem solve and enthusiasm for changeAbility to work independently and on a high-performance teamStrong customer service orientationCustomer satisfactionMeets established SLAsSupports system enhancementsOngoing system training Additional Information With infrastructure investment accelerating worldwide, our services are in great demand, and there’s never been a better time to be at AECOM!
