What you will enjoy doing Work closely with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Task Force, support with coordination of activitiesHelp to prepare annual SAP BW download for risk analysis and coordinate activities with external providerPerform quality reviews and consistency checks of master dataDraft solution proposals to avoid errors, improve processes efficiency, driving standardization and data qualityOversee supply chain due diligence and IT tool training and continuously enhance training offerCoordinate supplier risk analysis together with Procurement colleagues globallyFollow up with internal stakeholders during due diligence questionnaire process and evaluate provided answersSupport preparation of reporting based on due diligence analysis resultsProvide back-up support to the CFIN CoC team on an ad hoc basis What makes you great Diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable3+ years of business experience in a Procurementor Controlling department of a leading multinational corporation or as businessconsultantProficiency in using IT applications (SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau, MS SharePoint, MS Flow, MSPower Query/PowerPivot)Experienced as SAP Procurement BW user(or comparable tool)Experience in supply chain risk analysis ordue diligence is a benefitOwn strong communicationskills, team player spirit, self-driven and highly motivated; have a sense of cultural differencesFluent in English, German is not mandatory,but a benefit Why you will love working with us Thinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.
