Responsibilities PO (Purchase order) creation PO change/cancellation ETA Management and PO expediting - updating the estimated time of arrival in the system GR (Goods Receipt) posting once delivery is done SO (Sales Order) creation-creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers Procurement Helpdesk Acting as point of contact for any procurement related topic within the business departments Qualifications Minimum qualifications Experience in Procurement Language: Spanish C1, English B2 SAP knowledge mandatory Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills required Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation; Flexibility & tolerance for ambiguity, logical thinking, proactiveness Good communication skills Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls; Encouraged qualifications University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage); Supply Chain experience is a plus Experience in IT industry good to have SalesForce experience good to have What can we offer?
