Your day to day
As a Product Architect and Trainer, you will collect the training technical requirements, create the training collaterals, and deliver training sessions and workshops for Enterprise and internal users, based on their needs. As part of the project team, will work with the product team to design and configure the preproduction testing, demo, and training software environments as of each solution release.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business
- Creates the training collaterals and delivers training sessions and workshops for Enterprise and internal customers, based on their needs;
- Leads the design, validation, and successful delivery and management of labs solutions to support the demands from the Product Development team;
- Translates functional and non-functional requirements into lab solutions that span the end-to-end technical implementation;
- Designs the lab technical building blocks and how they interact with each other, as well as describes these interactions in the High-Level Lab Design document;
- Owns the E2E delivery accountability for the lab strategy and design. Ensures the technical solution meets the requirements from the Product team.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- University degree in electrical / electronic / telecommunications engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years in design, implementation, and roll-out of telecoms services, preferably gained in an international environment/global context;
- +1 year in delivering technical trainings and workshops
- Experience of design, implementation and roll out of network solutions
- Strong understanding of SDWAN architecture;
- Good knowledge in creating and delivering technical training sessions and workshops;
- In depth knowledge of IP networking and data technologies;
- Very good English skills;
